Proposal Manager with Security Clearance

Responsibilities: ? Manage RFP responses on a large IDIQ contract. Manage the proposal process to include content design, development, and review. Review and analyze draft and final RFPs and related documents and develop compliant proposal outline and responses. Develop detailed proposal schedule and ensure adherence to all deadlines. Prepare all supporting proposal development documentation (outline, page allocation, team assignments, proposal management plan, schedule, kick-off meeting materials, writing templates, data calls). Ensure configuration control of all proposal files, forms, graphics, drafts, reviewers comments, and approvals. Lead the development and review of proposal strategies and themes. Lead Gate reviews. Assist in day-to-day operations of the Program Management office and business development functions. Required Skills: ? 5 - 10 years of experience required in a proposal development for a Federal government contractor, including at least 5 years as a proposal manager. Strong knowledge of IDIQ contract types, and technical services proposals for the Department of Defense and other Federal customers. Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Must have the ability to present information to all levels of the internal organization and to external team members. Communicate/coordinate proposal operations with subcontracting team and consultants. Knowledge of the DoD intelligence community is desired. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required Ability to meet tight deadlines and adjust to changing priorities and work in a fast pace, high operations tempo environment. Education: ? Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Literature, Communications, Business or related discipline is desired. Work experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement. Security Requirements: ? Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a Government-granted security clearance. Active TS/SCI clearance is desired, but not mandatory.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
