Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Residential Cleaning Assistant to join our team.
As a Residential Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our residential and Commercial properties.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in custodial or commercial cleaning who are looking to contribute to a positive living environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Ensure all rooms are well-maintained and presentable - Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel - Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong attention to detail - Excellent time management skills - Good communication skills
